@Xfinity So when I pay of my phone and try to unlock it, and you say its unlocked and its not. Then have me port my number (now worthless) because of your guarantee that my phone was unlocked. Now that I've ported my number on your word, my phone is not unlocked. CAN YOU HELP ME?

Power went out and @Xfinity alerted me immediately. 2 hours later @PGE4Me acknowledged issue in outage center. Cable’s up, while “PG&E assessment crew is en route.” Get it together, PG&E.

So, @comcast is threatening to take away our ABC station, @WKRN, in the Nashville market area! You mean we wouldn't have access to any ABC programming? I'd like to express my deep concern about this. I've been a loyal comcast customer for many years. I'll leave!!
