@Apple Hopefully a better experience than with @ATT because they’ll just steal your phone and keep charging you full price for the new one. Trade in my ***. Called several times about it and they never do anything while keep making new excuses. What an awful company!

Had the worst customer service with @ATT today! The technician came to the wrong house, left and now i am being told I have to wait over a week for someone to come set up my WiFi!?! I work from home and I might I lose my job over not having WiFi at my new house. Not happy 😕

@ATT Help! I’ve been trying to get my Internet installed for a month now the first two times the guys came out that was great waited all day last Saturday apparently the tech canceled the apt no one let me know rescheduled for yesterday morning between 9 and 11 no one showed…

@hashtagmolly @ATTHelp I got that because I have had to work off of a hotspot. I had to change my plan to unlimited* They said I could change plans again whenever (that's a whole other issue). It was infuriating but I just paid so I wouldn't have to deal with it.*not actually unlimited
